You only pay fees for examinations at your own request or for medical fitness assessments that are not covered by health insurance.
We offer benefits to patients who regularly undergo preventive examinations - lower fees for assessing medical fitness.
PRICE LIST OF HEALTH SERVICES
which are not covered by the health insurance company, based on the request of a citizen, employer, other natural or legal person in accordance with Act No. 576/2004 Coll. on health care, Act No. 578/2004 Coll. on providers, Act No. 577/2004 Coll. on the scope of health care covered by public health insurance and on payments for services related to the provision of health care, which define the scope of services and according to the Commercial Code No. 513/1991 Coll., the Act on Prices No. 18/1996 Coll. and the Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 577/2004 Coll. on the amount of reimbursement of the insured for services related to the provision of health care.

1. on medical fitness to drive a motor vehicle
2.about medical fitness to drive a motor vehicle for seniors
3.about medical fitness to own and carry weapons
4. about health fitness before staying abroad, before flying by plane, etc.
5. about medical fitness before starting a specialization course,
pilot's license, diving license, extreme sports
6. about health fitness for study (SOU, SŠ, VŠ)
7. Issuance of a health certificate - examinations of workers who
carry out epidemiologically significant activities, including exposure
